Delivery & Returns Policy

At The Camp Shop, we appreciate the importance of speedy deliveries. Our aim is to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (subject to the time the order is received) on our Standard Postage Rate, 1st Class Sign-For via the Post Office or 2 day delivery via Courier unless a rate has been specified by the customer (if delivery is to a BFPO address this will go via the Military System on arrival at Mildenhall. Once in this system we are unable to track any parcels from this end, so please allow additional time for delivery). As the parcel will require a signature on delivery, we strongly recommend using a work address or where someone can be home to receive it, as deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.

Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks, we are open and honest enough to admit that, on occasions, certain items or sizes will not always be available for delivery within the desired time frame due to excessive demands being placed on us or the manufacturer, or simply that the item chosen is custom made and finished to order.

To allow you to make an informed decision when shopping online with The Camp Shop, you have the opportunity to choose which method of delivery will suit your postage requirements.

  •   We always endeavour to supply any ordered items as soon as possible and         any delay the customer will be notified.

Delivery is free for all orders placed over £100. Above rates apply to UK mainland* and BFPO only and we can despatch to all other countries worldwide at cost price according to the weight and dimensions of the parcel. *Surcharges will apply to N. Ireland and the Highlands and Islands plus Grampian Regions of Scotland regardless of order value.

RETURNS

By placing an order online, you are committing to buy the chosen products. If after delivery you cancel the order, we reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee. We will not refund any outbound carriage based on the actual cost to The Camp Shop and not the subsidised rates that we charged you on the internet. It is your responsibility to get the goods back to us in resalable condition with all the original product labels and content intact. The Camp Shop will not pay for your return postage costs.

If you receive the correct goods that you have ordered and the item does not fit correctly, we will exchange the item for the correct size. It is your responsibility to get the goods back to us in resalable condition with all the original product labels and content intact. The Camp Shop will not pay for your return postage costs. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the postage for the exchanged item. If you opt to exchange the product for a different item, we will refund or charge any difference in costs.

If The Camp Shop supplies you with incorrect or faulty goods, we will correct our mistake by supplying the correct product. Your assistance in returning the incorrect goods to The Camp Shop will be required and The Camp Shop will be liable for any associated postage costs based on sensible market values. The Camp Shop recommends using Royal Mail Recorded Service for items less than 2kg as this requires a signature upon receipt but does not charge a premium for a timed delivery. For items over 2kg please contact us to discuss, as it might be cheaper for The Camp Shop to arrange a collection. If you choose to return goods using any other method, we reserve the right to only refund what we see fit. The Camp Shop will pass any faulty goods on to the relevant manufacturer/Supplier for their inspection before deciding what action will be taken.
